Software Licensing Policy Statement
Langdon & Seah recognizes and accord the highest respect for the intellectual work and property rights of computer software creators whose creative work determine the software’s form, manner, terms of publication and distribution.
Langdon & Seah acknowledges that software piracy:
• Is the unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted software either by copying, downloading, sharing, selling, or installing multiple copies onto the personal or work computers
• Infringes the intellectual, property and copyrights of computer software creators, developers, license holders and owner on reproductions and distributions
• Inhibits future creative expansion of such work and software developments.
As a responsible corporation, Langdon & Seah will comply with all applicable national and international regulations against software piracy and infringements. Langdon & Seah will not tolerate any and all unauthorized copying of computer software in its operations.
All Langdon & Seah staff and contractors are responsible for ensuring that the software running on all computers operated or managed by them at Langdon & Seah office premises or for Langdon & Seah business purposes are appropriately licensed.
Langdon & Seah will deal strictly on any failure to observe this policy within all of its areas of business activities.

Social Media Policy
Langdon & Seah recognize that the use of social media bears inherent risks and that we must protect company interests and prevent the inadvertent disclosure of sensitive or confidential information. Such information might include (but is not limited to) proprietary company knowledge such as Langdon & Seah's technology, systems, databases, figures, employee-related data and other non-public information related to Langdon & Seah's projects, clients and partners. It also encompasses client information shared in the execution of projects.
We ask all our employees - all full and temporary employees, contractors, agency staff or anyone else performing work on behalf of Langdon & Seah including employees of associated companies - to apply caution and use your best judgment when using company systems, tools and networks.
When an employee use of social media is clearly for personal reasons (i.e., to chat with friends or connect with relatives, as many do on Facebook), we ask that the employee refrain from discussing work-related topics, commenting on Langdon & Seah projects or employees, or making reference to Langdon & Seah or any of its related companies including ARCADIS.
When Langdon & Seah wishes to communicate publicly as a company - whether to the marketplace or to the general public - we have well-established means to do so. Only those members of staff officially designated by the companies are authorized to speak on behalf of the company, which they may do on various platforms.
