Langdon & Seah aim is to successfully maximize our Clients’ project outcomes. This is done throughout all aspects of the various department spectrums. The primary objective of the Development Management team is to manage the design & construction process by bringing in efficiencies, reducing the risk and controlling cost during every phase, from site evaluation to project completion.
Development Management (DM) - Client’s representative to project reporting directly to and from Client for development projects. Responsibilities may include all or part PM scope of services.
Project Management (PM) - Contracted to provide leadership to project. Responsibilities may include all or part delivery of project including design, construction & procurement co-ordination & monitoring and issuing instructions to contractors / vendors.
Supplementary ServicesConstruction Site Coordination – as the Client’s on-site representative manage the direct client activities of coordination client related matters integrated into the delivery process.
Programme Management – as a 3rd party, review, evaluate and recommend adjustments to project schedules for developers, tenants and lending institutions.
Feasibility Studies – evaluation of Greenfield sites and existing structures for build-ability and retro fit into the Client’s requirements.
Building Audits – inspect the existing structures and report on the structural condition, services capability, water tightness and quality of the existing finishes.
Master Programming / Planning – provide independent planning / scheduling for on and offshore construction projects.
Move & Change Management - act as a single point of contact for all activities associated with the client’s relocation.
Design & Build Management – manage on the Client’s behalf a project of an single source design & build process.
